We initially contacted Donna to make an offer on one of her listings and until that time our policy had been to work without a dedicated realtor of our own, preferring to approach selling realtors directly.
However despite that property not meeting our needs on viewing we liked the way that Donna handled negotiations and having met in person we were very impressed with her friendly and understanding approach.
Currently we are working with Donna to find a property that will meet our needs. Located far away it is good to know that we have a friend who reliably and quickly updates us on opportunities, keeping an eye on our area of our interest.
